Introduction

Life can be complicated, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, facing difficult decisions, carrying the weight of past experiences, or struggling with anxiety, OCD, or trauma, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk alongside us, help us make sense of things, and remind us that growth is possible, even when life feels hard. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s ups and downs. While I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and trauma, my passion goes beyond helping people manage symptoms. I love helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, work through difficult emotions and experiences, and find the courage to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe the heart of therapy is genuine connection. My approach is warm, authentic, and relational. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can let your guard down, be completely yourself, and know that you’ll be met with compassion rather than shame or judgment. You don’t have to have the right words, all the answers, or everything figured out. We’ll meet you where you are, get curious about what’s keeping you stuck, work through the messy and uncomfortable parts, and hopefully share some laughter along the way. Using a combination of evidence-based approaches, creativity, and genuine connection, I help clients learn to face rather than avoid the things that feel difficult or scary. Together, we’ll work toward healing from past experiences, navigating life’s choices with greater confidence, and building the skills to move forward with courage, resilience, and self-compassion. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Just come as you are, and we’ll take the next steps together.
