Introduction

Hi! I’m Meghan Drager, a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in South Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia. I am deeply committed to my work in the helping profession and continually expand my expertise to stay current in this ever-evolving field, ensuring that I uphold the highest standards as a clinician and provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in addressing a range of concerns, including substance use, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. My approach is warm, person-centered, and strength-based, emphasizing collaboration, building on your existing strengths, and developing new skills in a space where you can feel safe to show up as you are. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves someone in their corner. In my “virtual therapy room”, you’ll find a safe, supportive space for your story—wherever you’re starting. You will find real support for real life. And you will find a place where growth, healing, and lasting change come together. No matter what you’ve been through or what you’re currently facing, growth and healing are always possible. I consider it an honor to work alongside my clients as they gain insight, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Whether you need a safe space to process, someone to hold you accountable, or practical skills for navigating challenges, I am here for it. Outside of therapy, I am a mom of two kiddos, who keep me on my toes and fill my day with laughter and joy. I love watching them explore and grow, and they constantly remind me of the importance of patience, curiosity, and celebrating small victories – lessons I bring into my work with clients every day.
