I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Paramedic with over 20 years of experience as a trauma-focused clinician. My work with individuals and couples is grounded in the belief that we are whole people—mind, body, and lived experience cannot be separated. I specialize in supporting people navigating trauma, life transitions, grief, death and dying, and those who feel traditional approaches have not fully addressed their needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and sometimes healing requires looking beyond the expected and exploring new perspectives. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and personalized. My role is to provide a safe space, thoughtful guidance, and support as you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward healing. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You can share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach and methods, and we will begin developing a plan that fits your unique goals and needs.
