Introduction

You made it! The first step to finding a mental health provider can be challenging, and I want to recognize and honor the courage it takes. It is my goal to provide a safe, supportive, genuine, and empathetic environment for clients to be able to explore feelings and thoughts from their past and present. You are the expert in your story, and I am honored to be a part of your journey to more self-awareness and understanding. We often are holding onto patterns and beliefs from our life that no longer continue to serve us in the life stage we are in. It is my goal to help facilitate light bulb moments to help you let go of these unhelpful beliefs and assist in helping you create patterns that work for you. Therapy is an important tool to help you reach your goals. Your story is unique to you, and I look forward to working with you to find the best path to help you grow. I particularly enjoy working with young mothers and women who are postpartum. The time after childbirth can be quite a roller coaster and I would be honored to walk alongside you. I have a wide variety of experience with various issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, communication, relationship issues, ASD, and bi-polar disorder. I have experience as a school counselor (PK-8), as well as outside of a school setting. I received my undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with my Masters of Education in School Counseling, then going on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Please feel free to reach out to see if I would be a good fit for your journey. It is my goal to provide a safe, supportive, and genuine space that facilitates growth. I look forward to hearing from you!
