People see the version of you who keeps going. The one who shows up, manages, and holds it together. What they don’t see is the weight underneath—the racing thoughts, the self-criticism, the tension that never fully eases. Life might look fine on the outside, but inside you’re tired in a way that rest can’t fix. Therapy with me is a place to set those weights down, untangle what it is you’re carrying so heavily, and experiment with ways to feel steadier and more like yourself. My style is warm, grounded, and occasionally a little offbeat. We’ll draw from ACT, attachment-based work, and solution-focused therapy, but mostly, we’ll make space for all of you, not just the parts that “work.” Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. When you’re ready to explore old patterns, try new approaches, and laugh at life’s absurdities along the way, I’m here. And yes, caffeine and dark humor are fair game.
