Introduction

Welcome! My name is Meghan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist providing trauma-informed therapy for adults in Oregon. My work focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate the complex relationship between mental health and substance use. I am a trauma therapist, also specializing in dual diagnosis, supporting clients who feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, chronic stress, or survival-based coping strategies. These patterns often develop for a reason—but over time, they can begin to feel limiting or misaligned with the life you want to live. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in honesty, with room for humor and real-life relatability along the way. Healing unfolds at a pace that feels manageable and empowering—not rushed or overwhelming. Using EMDR therapy and other evidence-based practices, I help clients process traumatic experiences, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of safety, self-trust, and empowerment.
