Introduction

As a dedicated relationship and family therapist, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and teens navigate difficult life transitions and cultivate long-term emotional well-being. Whether your life adjustments are expected or sudden, major transitions can frequently lead to overwhelming feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or anger. My clinical practice offers a safe, compassionate, and completely non-judgmental space designed to help you develop effective coping strategies, improve interpersonal relationships, and restore a sense of balance and healing. My core areas of clinical focus and specialization include: Relationship & Family Therapy: Providing specialized counseling for individuals, couples, families, and teens to build stronger communication patterns and resolve deep-seated conflicts. Divorce, Separation, & Coparenting Support: Assisting clients through the painful and complex adjustments of separation, divorce, remarriage, and coparenting. I work closely with both parents and children to counter the isolation that often accompanies a major family restructure or loss. Premarital & Marital Enrichment: Serving as a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator to deliver proactive counseling aimed at strengthening relational foundations. Trauma & Emotional Regulation: Utilizing advanced training as a Level Two EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist to help clients process painful adjustments and move past emotional blocks. I firmly believe that emotional well-being is a life-long journey and that you already possess the inner wisdom and resilience required to move through difficult stages with courage and peace. My role is to provide structured professional support as you and your loved ones build the concrete tools necessary to keep moving toward your goals. Life is tough, but you are tougher—let me help you find the strength in this chapter of your story.
