I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a professional path that began in education, where I worked as a classroom teacher. In 2017, I followed a long‑standing calling into the mental health field. Since then, I have supported clients across the lifespan—from childhood through later adulthood—in school settings and community health. My area of expertise is with children, adolescents, and adults navigating the complexities of parenting. My therapeutic approach is rooted in relational connection and empathy, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves and their experiences. I integrate psychoeducation to make therapy collaborative and accessible, and I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed clinician. I have specialized experience working with ADHD, incorporate somatic approaches to support mind‑body awareness, and am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence‑based treatment for OCD. As I move into private practice, I am expanding my work as an Equine‑Facilitated Psychotherapist, offering a meaningful, experiential option for clients seeking deeper self‑connection and growth on the grounds of a pastoral farm in Plymouth Massachusetts. Alongside equine‑assisted psychotherapy, I also provide traditional talk therapy and telehealth services, meeting clients where they are and honoring individual needs and preferences. I work with clients who are ready to engage in thoughtful, intentional self‑exploration—whether through innovative, experiential approaches or more familiar therapeutic conversations. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make lasting, meaningful change.
