Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) offering therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-focused care, with particular attention to how experiences live in both the mind and body. I am trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program and have extensive additional training in providing EMDR with children and adolescents. I also integrate experiential and somatic approaches, including advanced training in sandplay therapy, to support clients when words aren’t enough. Many people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and functioning well on the outside, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally. My approach is collaborative and paced. I pay close attention to nervous system regulation, safety, and each person’s natural rhythm for change. Therapy is not about forcing insight or pushing through pain, but about creating enough steadiness for deeper understanding, flexibility, and relief to emerge. I have a background in crisis work and assessment, and I bring that experience into a steady, responsive therapeutic style. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, identity exploration, and life transitions, and I tailor therapy to meet each client’s needs and developmental stage. If you’re looking for a therapist who works thoughtfully, values depth, and respects your pace, I’d be glad to connect.
