Introduction

I'm a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who believes therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to who you are. I meet clients where they're at—whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, neurodivergence, addiction, or any of life's harder transitions—and I prioritize your voice and choice throughout our work together. I work with individuals and families across all ages, from toddlers through adults, and I'm trained in multiple approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused work, and executive function coaching. My goal is to create a comfortable, flexible space where you feel heard and empowered to heal. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to support you.
