Introduction

Engaging in therapy can be challenging, yet deeply transformative. I will support you as you process past and present concerns, heal trauma wounds, deepen insight, navigate relationships, conquer fears, claim your voice, craft your future, and truly thrive. As a client, you are dedicated and willing to persevere with curiosity through the challenging, enlightening, and rewarding phases of therapy. My counseling style is grounded in a person-centered approach through a humanistic lens. It is trauma-informed, integrative, holistic, intuitive, sprinkled with humor, and infused with authenticity. I am trained in EMDR therapy; a remarkably effective method to address anxiety, self-esteem, fears, attachment issues, acute and complex trauma, and more. I value racial, cultural, indigenous, tribal, national, familial, marital, relational, gender, sexual, affectional, religious, devotional, spiritual, contemplative, age, ability, educational, social, political, economic, psychological, and physical diversity.
