It’s okay to not be okay. I’m here to meet you where you are and work together to get you where you want to be. I offer a warm, safe environment where you will not feel judged. I love being a therapist. I am passionate about mental health and love to help people become happier, healthier, and more connected. Over and over, I’ve seen the power of therapy to transform lives. I believe that by treating my clients with the greatest compassion and understanding, I model for them a better way to treat themselves. I show them what it feels like to be accepted for the things they thought were unacceptable. I offer person-centered and positive psychology as well as CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. I like to keep sessions flexible - if you’re here to learn skills, we’ll do that; if you need someone to talk to, we’ll do that. But most of the time, we’ll do both.
