Hi! I’m Meghan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults seeking greater self-understanding, healing, and connection. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship concerns, attachment wounds, and relational trauma through a warm, relational, and insight-oriented approach. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and work toward lasting change that feels authentic and meaningful. My approach centers on creating space for meaningful, in-depth conversation. Through our dialogue, we take a deeper dive into the parts of your experience that may have been overlooked, confusing, or difficult to fully process. As we explore those places together, therapy becomes a way to develop a richer understanding of yourself, make sense of your experiences, and discover new ways of relating to both yourself and others. In our first session, we’ll start getting to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; this is simply a starting point. We’ll explore what you’re hoping for from the process, what feels most important right now, and begin creating a space where you can feel comfortable being open and reflective as we move forward together. I’ll also ask some questions about your history and current life to get a fuller picture of your experiences, including relationships, stressors, and any patterns you’ve noticed over time.
