Introduction

I believe wellness can be acheived by anyone and that it starts with a trusting relationship between patient and provider. I use a combination of medication management with a variety of psychotherapy models to help people better understand themselves, empowering them to make positive change in their quality of life. I have extensive experience in addressing complex trauma history, child/adolescent mental health concerns, and substance use disorder. However, I have worked in several settings addressing all mental health conditions from psychosis, mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety.
