In my practice, we don’t need to pathologize your emotions to understand and validate your experiences. Lately are you feeling exceptionally angry, sad, hopeless, maybe alone? That is a normal response to your environment and world. As a woman of color and social worker, I work from a decolonized and neurodivergent affirming lens. I recognize that society, not you, is exceptionally unwell. I support clients navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD, OCD), and the emotional wounds that follow. I also understand how growing up in a minority culture/community can shape your sense of self, belonging, safety, and healing. As a South Asian woman, I bring both lived experience and cultural understanding to this work. My style is collaborative, relational, and deeply compassionate. I draw from Storytelling and Narrative Therapy (SNT), ACT, ERP, and mindfulness. As a neurodivergent-informed coach, I help clients make life feel easier and more aligned with their values. If you’re looking for a therapist who values deep, transformative work and truly sees you as a whole person, I’d be honored to walk this path with you. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported, exactly as you are.
