Introduction

Who you are is a collection of where you've been, where you are, and where you're going. Sometimes the brain gets stuck, leaving us trapped in pits of uncertainty, fear, isolation, or overwhelm. Therapy with me is a collaborative process of growth and self-discovery. While that process may be uncomfortable at times, it should never be unbearable. Moving at a pace that is both meaningful and manageable is essential. My goal is to support you while creating space for both safety and exploration.
