I am an LCSW with 12 years of experience in behavioral and healthcare settings. I primarily work with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum concerns, infertility, work stress, relationship stress, caregiver stress, grief, and trauma—including both acute trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder. My approach integrates elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based and positive psychotherapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, and internal family systems. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative partnership. My clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to help them explore options, remove barriers, and develop practical coping tools that support growth and healing. Together, we look at the whole person—not just a diagnosis—and explore how different aspects of life may contribute to feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. Creating a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my work, as meaningful change often grows from feeling understood and supported. While therapy often involves navigating difficult experiences, I also believe in bringing warmth and humor into the process when appropriate. I aim to provide a supportive and balanced approach—meeting clients where they are, while also gently helping them stay accountable to the goals they want to achieve. I believe that everyone needs support at times, and asking for help is a sign of strength. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
