Do you know something needs to change but are unsure what that change should look like? I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, identity concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding what is happening, why it is happening, and what you want to do differently. Therapy with me is collaborative. We will look at patterns, experiences, beliefs, relationships, and choices with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction. I believe people are capable of change even when life feels stuck. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you better understand yourself, identify what matters most, and make intentional choices that support the life you want to build. My professional identity is grounded in counseling, education, and supervision. I bring authenticity, integrity, and passion to the work and am deeply committed to creating a space where clients can think honestly, feel safely, and grow meaningfully. If you need a therapist who will listen closely, challenge thoughtfully, and help you connect insight with action, I would be honored to work with you.
