Introduction

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer I believe everyone has the potential to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, habits, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back while working towards a happier, healthier, and more authentic life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I offer a collaborative and supportive space to deepen self-understanding, develop practical tools, and reconnect with what matters most. I use an integrative, attachment-informed approach to explore how past experiences and relationships shape present patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work to understand these patterns, challenge beliefs that may no longer serve you, and develop greater emotional awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Through reflection, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, we’ll work toward greater authenticity and more fulfilling relationships. With couples, I use a relational, attachment-based approach grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to identify cycles that contribute to disconnection and explore the emotions and attachment needs beneath them. Together, we’ll develop new ways of communicating, expressing vulnerability, and cultivating emotional intimacy and security. Across my work, I take a holistic, culturally responsive approach that integrates attachment
