“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer I believe every individual has the strength and potential to create meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, we’ll set goals that align with your vision of a happier, healthier, and more authentic life, while building practical tools you can use every day. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, intimacy concerns, or seeking support with stress, neurodiversity, or deeper personal growth, I offer a collaborative and supportive space to help you thrive, both within yourself and in your relationships. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness by exploring attachment styles, habits, behavioral and communication patterns, and cycles of emotional expression. Using a relational lens, I help couples strengthen intimacy, vulnerability, and connection, while supporting all clients in regulating the nervous system, integrating mind and body through mindfulness and somatic work, and rewriting limiting stories and beliefs. I believe real change happens when we recognize these patterns and develop tools for resilience, empowerment, and self-compassion. I am especially passionate about working with individuals and couples who want to improve their relational connections using Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I also integrate nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, mindfulness and both a holistic and cultural lens into treatment. My approach centers on collaboration, safety, trust and creating a non-judgmental space that fosters growth and healing. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University and am currently completing the final requirements to earn my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
