Life can bring seasons that feel overwhelming, painful, or difficult to navigate alone. Melanie Hilt provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, gain perspective, and work toward meaningful change. Melanie primarily works with adults and also sees adolescents, helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, and major life transitions. She understands that each person comes to therapy with different experiences, strengths, and goals, and she works collaboratively with clients to determine what will be most helpful for them. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping skills, and create healthier patterns in their everyday lives. Melanie is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). For clients who desire it, Melanie can also incorporate a Christian perspective into therapy while warmly welcoming individuals of all faiths and backgrounds. Melanie provides in-person counseling at Reach Behavioral Health in Benton and telehealth services throughout Arkansas.
