This may include avoiding foods out of fear of getting sick, anxiety about eating at restaurants or traveling, or anxiety related to navigating GI conditions such as IBS, IBD, gastroparesis, GERD, or gastrointestinal trauma. Melanie believes every person she works with is resilient and capable of finding relief and meaning. Her role is to support clients as they figure out what works best for them, one step at a time. Those who feel she may be a good fit can send Melanie a message and can expect a response within 24–48 hours.
