Introduction

I am a therapist-in-training who works with individuals navigating anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief, relational challenges and identity exploration. Throughout every stage of my career, I have been guided by a passion for supporting people in times of profound uncertainty and change. I bring both professional expertise and lived perspective to my work, creating a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life with resilience and self-compassion. Before pursuing clinical social work, I represented immigrant survivors of persecution, trafficking, and abuse as a public interest attorney, experiences that continue to inform my trauma-informed, culturally humble, and relational approach to care. I also worked as an ICF-certified coach and law school career advisor, helping students and professionals navigate transitions, burnout, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, combining meaningful insight with practical tools for change. I believe therapy is most powerful when clients feel genuinely understood and supported to work through past experiences, strengthen relationships, and re-author their stories on their own terms. If this resonates with you, I welcome the chance to connect.
