Introduction

I provide adult therapy, child play therapy and parenting support with a focus on anxiety, neurodivergence, and highly sensitive kids and adults. I approach my work from a neuro-affirming and strengths-based perspective where we use individual strengths to problem-solve and build resilience. As a former teacher, I enjoy finding what "clicks" for each family to help parents and kids thrive!
