Introduction

Hi, my name is Mindy (Melinda) Tiburcio. I love working with clients that are focused on improving their lives. Clients who want to address how their past impacts their present with the goal to create a future they feel is worth living. I work alongside you to set goals that help address struggles such as anxiety, depression, past trauma and more. These goals could include observable changes such as reducing symptoms or less observable goals such as thought pattern changes. My job is to create a comfortable, safe space to encourage, uplift and help you work through the barriers that stop you from living the life you want. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. We will work together to find the technique and process that works best for you. Everyone has lived a different life and has different experiences. We’ll take a personalized approach to help you reach your goals.
