For more than 20 years, I’ve helped children, teens, and young adults (ages 5 to 22) work through anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma, including complex trauma. I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is the foundation of healing, so I put real effort into building trust, whether that’s on the floor with a six-year-old or across from a teenager who would rather be anywhere else. Kids and teens come to me for all kinds of reasons: big emotions they can’t regulate, struggles at school or with friends, ADHD, autism-related challenges, defiant behavior, or the aftermath of something painful. With younger children, much of our work happens through play, which is how kids naturally make sense of what they’ve been through. Parents are a key part of the process, so I work closely with you too, helping you understand what’s driving your child’s behavior and giving you practical tools to use at home. I also do deep, meaningful work with adults. Many of the patterns that weigh on us as adults have roots in earlier experiences, and understanding those connections is often where real change begins. I see you as the expert on your own life. My job is to help you make sense of what’s been holding you back and rebuild confidence in your ability to handle it. I’m trained in a range of trauma-focused, evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Parent-Child
