Hi, I’m Melisa, a licensed therapist committed to creating a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can take root. I entered this work from a deep passion for helping people feel truly seen, understood, and empowered in their lives. Over time, I’ve found my dedication in supporting women navigating anxiety, postpartum transitions, ADHD, and relational stress, with a special dedication to serving BIPOC communities. Through an attachment-based and holistic approach, I help clients explore relationship patterns, build healthy boundaries, and strengthen their sense of self. My style is warm and collaborative, blending mind, body, and emotional awareness to foster a greater sense of grounding, connection, and hope.
