I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, substance use and addiction, trauma, work-related stress, life transitions, and anger management. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward healing and personal growth. I recognize that taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, collaborative, and solution-focused, drawing on evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals. I incorporate trauma-informed care into my work, recognizing how past experiences can influence our emotions, behaviors, relationships, and sense of self. When appropriate, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process distressing experiences and work toward reducing the emotional impact of trauma. Throughout this process, I prioritize your sense of safety, readiness, and comfort, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Healing begins with understanding. I believe that growth and change are possible at every stage of life. Many of the patterns we develop begin as ways of coping with difficult experiences, even when those patterns no longer serve us. Together, we can explore these patterns with compassion, build greater self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and others while moving toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. Reaching out for support is an important first step, and you don't have to have everything figured out to begin. If you're ready to explore what healing and growth might look like for you, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
