Asking for help and seeking treatment is hard! You're longing to feel more understood, less isolated, and more at home in your body. You're ready to enjoy more of your life and worry less. You don't want to compare yourself to others any longer. People have told you to "shake it off," "get over it," "you shouldn't feel this way." You're tired of being told how you should feel and that it's not okay TO feel, to begin with. There is enough space for ALL of your feelings and experience here; all parts of you are welcome. I help people feel comfortable in their skin through building self-compassion, awareness, and empowerment. I admire the courage clients bring to therapy, whether they're facing everyday stress or trauma. I want to help you feel confident in who you are and connected to others around you. As a native Spanish speaker, I provide services in both English and Spanish, and enjoy helping immigrant families adjust to this new country and new political climate. I do Immigration mental health evaluations. As part of a practice focused on body autonomy, social justice, and inclusivity, I aim to create a welcoming space for all individuals.
