Come back to who you are. Outdoor and virtual relationship therapy in Steamboat Springs and Summit County, Colorado. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Master Equine Gestaltist, in practice since 2020. Coming back to yourself takes more than talking in an office. I meet clients outdoors in nature in Steamboat Springs and Summit County (Silverthorne and Frisco). There's no office, and we choose the spot together when we first meet. Virtual sessions are available for clients in Colorado. Using experiential, trauma-informed therapy, we work in real time with what's emerging, so change isn't just something you understand, but something you begin to live. Ask about equine-partnered sessions. I accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid) for therapy; otherwise sessions are private pay, with superbills for out-of-network coverage. We start with a free 15-minute consult.
