Stress can adversely affect our daily routines, work or academics, and our interpersonal relationships. Recognizing our stressors is the first step toward healing and balance. I provide personalized support using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic techniques, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help clients build self-care skills, manage emotions, and improve relationships. Each session is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, ensuring that the strategies we use align with your personal journey toward well-being. Clients often experience reductions in symptoms and improvements in relationships as a result of our sessions.
