I’m passionate about supporting adults navigating a range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum concerns, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship struggles, and stress. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a mental health case manager helping people navigate crises, an experience that taught me how vital compassion, calm, and clear problem-solving are in moments of distress. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you build the insight and tools needed to move forward. I draw from evidence based treatments to ensure our work together is effective and efficient.
