I offer therapy for people who want to understand what lives beneath the surface: in the body, in relationships, in old defenses, and in the parts of life that are asking to change. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, ADHD, attachment wounds, grief, relationship patterns, or the integration of psychedelic experiences. My work is relational, experiential, and depth-oriented. I draw from EMDR, IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, attachment work, and psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives. I am interested not only in symptom relief, but in what symptoms may be trying to communicate, protect, or reveal. If we work together, I will bring curiosity, honesty, clinical depth, and care to the process. I may offer reflections, ask questions, track what happens between us, or help you listen more closely to your body, emotions, dreams, and inner life. I see therapy as a place where more of you can gradually come into the room. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration, as well as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) when clinically appropriate. Learn more at: melissamullertherapy.com
