Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially during seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relational challenges, women’s issues, body image concerns and eating disorders, as well as the complexities that arise when supporting loved ones with medical or chronic health conditions. I also support clients facing anxiety, depression, and the everyday stressors that can quietly build over time. I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and truly seen. My work is grounded in systems and humanistic approaches, focusing on the whole person and the relationships and experiences that shape them. I offer a warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, build insight, and grow at your own pace. If you’re thinking about therapy, we can start with a conversation to see if we’re a good fit and what you’re hoping to work on. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
