Welcome! I'm so glad you've made it to this page. Starting therapy is arguably the hardest part of the process, and you're doing it! I work to sit with individuals in the good, the bad, and everything in between. I work with individuals 16+, couples, and families enduring OCD, chronic illness, disabilities, anxiety, life transitions, and grief. We will work together to create a few goals and find tangible ways to work towards them. I believe therapy is all about relationships, and it's only as effective as your ability to speak your truth. I encourage my clients to guide the therapeutic process to meet their specific needs. I specialize in OCD and utilize ERP and ACT to treat it. This essentially means we can learn to face our fears and not try to change them. We take this in very slow steps; the goal is to acclimate along the way. I also work with individuals adapting to chronic illness and disability; my approach to this is strength-based and trauma-focused. If you feel like I might be a good fit for you, please reach out.
