Introduction

Hello! My name is Melissa Holen and I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Clients, ages teens on up, meet with me to assist in navigating life changes and everyday stresses of life (relationships, health, finances, career, parenting, etc). Additional areas of support include depression, anxiety and grief. I utilize a warm, personable approach, through Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. Also, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share your story and begin to find hope and healing. I look forward to meeting you.
