Currently, I see clients one-on-one privately and teach coping skills individually. I am accustomed to working with clients who are going through big life changes, healing from trauma, creating healthier habits, coping with loneliness, working with LGBTQAI+ shifts/stigma, increasing self esteem, and/or having relationship problems with family, friends, or romantic partners. I have been working with veterans, refugees, and victims of traumatic events such as natural disasters or violence in a variety of settings. We can process trauma together in a safe environment and discuss options for treatment resistant symptoms. I also have experience working closely with clients that have a range of functionality issues and mental health diagnoses including: Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Diagnoses, Mood Disorders, Bipolar I & II, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Disordered Eating, and Substance Abuse Issues. My specialties include: Behavior Therapies such as DBT & CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Trauma Processing, Modern Psychoanalysis, Clinical Mentoring, Relapse Prevention, Contemplative Mindfulness/Awareness Practices, and Behavior Therapy.
