I work with adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard, better understand what you’re experiencing, and develop practical tools to move toward greater emotional well-being. My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients process difficult or traumatic experiences, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and responding. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process. This can include exploring how faith, emotional health, relationships, and life experiences intersect while respecting each client's individual beliefs and goals. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision to developing clinicians seeking support as they strengthen their clinical skills, professional identity, and confidence. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you are seeking healing from past experiences, navigating anxiety or stress, moving through a significant life transition, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, we will work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
