Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in treating anxiety, panic, OCD, insomnia, body-focused repetitive behaviors, binge eating, and PTSD. I received my doctoral degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2021 and completed my post-doctoral fellowship with a focus on health psychology and eating disorders at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in 2022. I primarily practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and generally works with adults (ages 18+). Specific treatments I provide include: -CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), -Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, -Enhanced CBT for eating disorders (CBT-E), -Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) treatment for BFRBs, and -Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) or Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My graduate training included a specialization track in rehabilitation psychology, which has prepared me for supporting individuals and family caregivers adapting to living with chronic illness and/or disabilities. I also have experience running New Maudsley Skills Training groups for families of individuals with eating disorders and am available to provide support to parents, adult siblings, and other adult family members who have a loved one with an eating disorder.
