I have found art, music, mindfulness, and other creative outlets can bring peace to many. I want to provide you with a safe space to explore, to feel supported, and heard. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, perinatal mood and anxiety, PTSD, anxiety, stress, parenting and child development. I use various techniques; including CBT, solution-focused therapy, art therapy; personalized to each client to help support healing and individualized goals. Becoming a parent involves huge life transitions and parents deserve more, mothers and fathers alike. Too many of us feel alone because no one talks about the struggles enough. It can be impossible at times and even feel like someone has flipped a switch off...but there is hope and I can help parents feel supported, more settled and confident.
