Introduction

I was drawn to counseling through years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and teens, which led me to pursue formal clinical training. My main areas of focus include autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma and depression, using practical, skills-based approaches tailored to each client. Alongside my professional training, personal experience parenting neurodivergent children has given me meaningful insight into the challenges families face.
