Introduction

My name is Missy Gray, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who works with preteens, teenagers and adults. I practice in-person therapy in Dallas and online therapy in the state of Texas, and provide support to global workers, NGO workers and ex-pats in available areas as well. I have been in private practice for 16 years, and am always working to expand and improve what I bring to our partnership. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help people understand their strengths and struggles and find meaningful strategies, resources, and healthy thinking and practices to improve their daily lives. I work most often with clients navigating chronic illness, autism, ADHD, and complex trauma. I also have significant experience working with self-harm, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, and family and relational issues. I believe there is no greater honor than being invited into a person's pain and struggle to help them make meaningful changes in their lives. One of my very favorite things is walking alongside someone as they discover and implement strategies and choices that will improve their lives, families and relationships. I would love the opportunity to take this journey with you or someone you care about as well!
