I work with adults and couples to identify patterns and responses that are no longer serving them. I work alongside you to discover the root causes of these patterns and to feel empowered to build meaningful relationships around you. We’ll work together to create an environment that help you to feel capable of creating the change you want to see. Getting started can be the most difficult part of making any change.
