I draw from a variety of treatment modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a strong emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual’s unique needs.
