Introduction

Welcome - I’m really glad you’re here! Searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and my hope is to make this process a little easier for you. Below is a bit about me and my practice so you can get a sense of whether it might be the right fit. If you have any questions, or need additional referrals, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Houston, Texas, with over 10 years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. I frequently work with individuals navigating: • Substance use and addictions • Anxiety and depression • Self-esteem and identity concerns • Relationship challenges • Life transitions • Spirituality, meaning, and existential concerns The first step in therapy is simply getting to know you. Together, we’ll explore your goals and identify the most effective, evidence-informed approach tailored to your unique personality, experiences, and needs. My role is to create a collaborative, supportive space that fosters healing and empowers you to make meaningful change in the areas that matter most to you. I truly love what I do and feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they find their way in this messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming world. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
