I am a Licensed Psychologist (NH #6912 and NC #5588) who provides therapy and comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, teens, and young adults. I am passionate about helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and supporting families in discovering effective ways forward. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University, followed by a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Doctorate in School Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With over 10 years of experience working in both schools and private practice, I bring a practical and well-rounded perspective to my work. I specialize in psychological evaluations tailored to each child’s or teen’s unique needs, with the aim of improving daily life and emotional well-being. My assessments consider the whole person—looking at both strengths and challenges—and I provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for support at home, school, and beyond. In therapy, I use a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach. I incorporate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, positive parenting strategies, and play therapy to help children and families build resilience and achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and our two beagles. I’m a big Boston Bruins fan, love Taylor Swift, and rarely pass up a good cup of coffee.
