Introduction

I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I deeply respect that courage. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I create a warm, inclusive, and safe space for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, and many other concerns. My approach bridges traditional psychiatry with authentic human connection—combining medication management and evidence-based psychotherapy like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll develop practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and improve your daily functioning. I'm passionate about reducing stigma and empowering you to live authentically. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to begin your healing journey with a compassionate, genuine provider, I'd be honored to connect with you.
