Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for considering me as your counselor. I have a wide range of counseling experience, from outpatient to inpatient to private practice settings, and work most often with clients addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. It is my passion to meet my clients where they are and to work collaboratively with them to help them grow toward hope and resilience. My typical therapeutic approaches include Person-Centered, CBT, and Mindfulness strategies as well as a specialization in EMDR Therapy.
