My therapy is informed by gestalt practices, theories of attachment, liberation psychology, and a connection to nature. I believe that awareness leads to choice, and that in therapy we can co-create a space to explore your experiences, uncovering unmet needs, boundaries, and patterns of experience. A good fit is essential to good therapy, which is why I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to potential clients before scheduling a first therapy session.
