I founded Protect Your Peace Counseling, LLC with the belief that everyone deserves a space -- emotionally and practically -- where they can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. My career began as a school counselor, supporting students and families through academic stress, identity development, and major life transitions. Today, I continue that work in higher education, helping college students navigate complex emotional, relational, and systemic challenges. These experiences shaped my approach as a therapist: collaborative, culturally responsive, and deeply attuned to how life’s pressures can accumulate over time. I specialize in working with folx navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and hoarding disorder. As a former professional organizer, I also understand the emotional layers behind clutter, overwhelm, and the desire for a more peaceful environment—offering support that blends practical strategies with compassionate therapeutic work. My goal is to help you protect your peace, strengthen your coping skills, and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and intention.
